Jolly Update
Sunday, June 12th, 2005Wow, What a facility. Its about an hour and a half from Springfield, north on 91. We brought a truck and buggy for a test. The test went great, the track will work just fine for us. 1 1/2 mile of a harder packed dirt, a couple of steep down hills [ one called the intimadator will be bypassed for safety] There are pictures of our test day in the gallery to check out.
We would like to ask that all planning on racing the 26th to please show up on the 25th for a practice session. There is camping onsite and an oval race to watch on saturday nite. There will be more on this subject upcoming.
A windshield screen will be mandatory due to small stones in the track surface [1/2" square holed rabbit cage type wire would work well].
Thanks to Gary and Timmy for donating there vehicles to all of us to abuse.
